Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 28 - 30o C for 20 days. Aging in French and American oak for twelve months.

Grape Varieties : 50 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 50 % Mantonegro .
Vista, Smell and Taste
Garnet red color of medium intensity with slightly purplish reflections , clean and bright .
Aromas warm Mediterranean , and its passage in oak spices such as cloves, cinnamon, roasted coffee with vanilla, oak and smoked .
Very balanced , full-bodied , pleasant astringency, memories caramel latte , long and persistent with a pleasant aftertaste where again the vanilla and spices.
Bottle type and capacity: 75 cl Bordeaux .
It is recommended to combine with rice and meat .
Serving temperature: 17 to 18 C.
This wine should be consumed now and over the next five years.
