Grapes: Callet (ink) 50%, Moscatell (White) 50%
Sweet dessert wine, recovered from old Mallorcan tradition. Without alcohol and added sugar, its concentration is due to an old wine reduction technique by heat, up to 50% of its initial volume, then leave it spontaneously ferment and age it for 12 months in barrels of 3 - 4 years .
This wine, named "Vi missa" or commonly "vi bollit" is unique in its class, making it a pleasant surprise.
Combines well with pastries, especially pastries, tarts, crème brûlée and Easter cakes.
