Complex aromas reminiscent jams to wild fruits , especially blackberry , there are also coffee, cocoa, leather aromas , toasted , a combination of species. In the mouth silky and elegant , full-bodied , round and balanced with a long aftertaste reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs and nuts .
Recommendations : pairs well with stews, red meat stews , grilled meats and cheeses old .
