Our goal is to produce a wine that meets the highest demands . We are aware that a good wine is produced in the vineyard we therefore spoil our vines throughout the year , dedicating much time and manual labor. From pruning in January until harvest in September, each of the 148,000 strains is treated by hand at least seven times , including vintage .

The art of creating a good wine is to respect the individuality and character of grapes both in the vineyard and in the winery . It is essential that the grapes arrive intact to the stainless steel tank , without damage. This prevents the oxidation process starts too early and maintaining the quality .

To make the grape remains intact , we harvest by hand and put the grapes in small boxes. Next, travel to the winery, located in the middle of our vineyards . Once there, the grapes are selected once again by hand, to ensure that only healthy grapes vinifiquen without damage. After stripping , the grapes are cooled to between 8 and 14 ° C and placed directly into stainless steel tanks , without being pressed . So , you get just the juice is exposed to light and air, an essential factor to achieve a good wine .

In our winery, located in the middle of the vineyards , we use the latest technologies for winemaking and wine storage . The grapes are fermented cold in large stainless steel tanks which allow precise control of the temperature of fermentation. The juice of grapes specially selected for our Gran will see not fermented in steel tanks , but directly in oak barrels of 500 liters. The maturation of red is done in French oak barrels between 12 and 18 months. Once bottled , you need four or six months, at which time begins to be perfect for the sale and consumption.
