Grape Varieties: 100% Manto Negro

Production Process: Harvested in small boxes of 10-12 kg. The grapes are selected by hand and are macerated cold in a carbonic atmosphere during 16 hours. After initial sediment clearing the wine is fermented and aged on its lees during 3 months in 4600 litre stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol Content: 13.5%
