Production: The grapes that make this wine were harvested up to a month before the
same grapes used in red wines, to maintain important fruit and freshness. The musts
were obtained by direct pressing, which gives it its particular color and keeps the
freshness. The controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks was slow, low
temperature, to highlight the primary aromas. After assembly of the different wines,
there was a slight clarification, before bottling (earlier this year).

Tasting: wine lively and bright pink. Nose Fruity and fresh, with notes of strawberries,
fresh cherries and mint tip. The palate is balanced and refreshing.

Suggestions: Served fresh, is an ideal companion and cheerful summer meals.
Appetizers, tapas, white meats, grills, roasts, pizzas and pastas.
