The freshness of the local variety " Moll "

Gentle juice extraction by pressing rear tire and static racking for 48 hours. The fermentation is carried out for 25 days at a controlled temperature of about 14th C with selected yeasts . At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with lees stirring the contents with the aim of increasing the smoothness and creaminess of the wine.

Production Zone : Binissalem.
Grape Varieties : 80 % Moll , Chardonnay , Muscat and others.

Yellow with green , shiny and satiny reflections.

Intensive and rich aroma , notes of herbs noble floral aromas of white rose , notes of peach , pineapple .

Balanced acidity , fresh and fruity sensations , notes of citrus , evolution in soft mouth with a pleasant lingering finish .

Its freshness makes it an ideal accompaniment to seafood dishes came .

Serving temperature: 8 º - 10 º C.
Ideal age for consumption : This wine should be consumed in its first two years.
