 Wine made in the cellars Macia Batle of Santa Maria del Cami.

D.O. : Binissalem

Grape Variety: 40% Mantonegro, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 20% Syrah.

Production: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.

Aging: 5 months in barrels of second and third year 80% French.

Features: It gives it a clean and bright cherry red. On the nose, intense aromas of red berries, dairy assembled with touches of vanilla and toasted his own brief stint wood. The palate is broad, elegant and persistent. A tasty and enjoyable wine.

Temperature: 14 º C. A must taste at this temperature (two hours in refrigerator).
