Description: Made with mostly autonomous BLACK MANTLE variety, from
vineyards of the IO Binissalem, over 33 years old, trained on trellises, combined with foreign varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot.
The net return on these is about 7500Kgs / Ha. Credited with organic fertilizers, using basically in natural pesticide treatments products, environmentally friendly collection and proceeding to the end of September. The collection is hand-making INOX transport in a trailer, in a short time to avoid possible oxidations, then destemmed and passes the INOXIDABLES deposits for controlled at 28 for two weeks fermentation, performing their corresponding analytical and pumping. After the malolactic fermentation is raised in mixed oak barrels for a year, then going another year in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Dark cherry color, medium-high layer. The nose is intense, clean, balanced with notes the primary aromas of ripe fruit (currant and plum), together with the flavors
side of parenting (Vanilla and Toasted wood) species highlights the black pepper and cinnamon. The palate is powerful, expressive and round, showing good acidity, a wine
great aging potential, very good quality / price ratio, combining well with grilled meats.
