If the minimum amount is not reached, you will receive the corresponding minimum allowances

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of Meka BV, a company specialized in automotive parts.
1.2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if agreed upon in writing.
1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other agreements, the provisions of the other agreements shall prevail.

Offers and Quotations
2.1. All offers and quotations from Meka BV, specialized in automotive parts, are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.2. Meka BV reserves the right to revoke or modify an offer or quotation until it is accepted by the customer.

Agreement
3.1. An agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer or quotation by the customer of Meka BV, specialized in automotive parts.
3.2. Meka BV reserves the right to refuse or cancel an agreement, in whole or in part, without stating reasons.

Delivery
4.1. The delivery times provided by Meka BV, specialized in automotive parts, are indicative and not binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4.2. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Prices and Payment
5.1. All prices are exclusive of VAT and other taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Payment must be made within 30 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.3. In case of late payment, the customer is automatically in default and is liable to pay interest on the outstanding amount.

Warranty
6.1. Meka BV, specialized in automotive parts, guarantees that the delivered goods comply with the agreed specifications.
6.2. The warranty is void if the delivered goods have been modified, repaired, or improperly used.

Liability
7.1. Meka BV, specialized in automotive parts, is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including consequential damages, resulting from the use of the delivered goods.
7.2. The liability of Meka BV, specialized in automotive parts, is at all times limited to the amount covered by the insurance.

Retention of Title
8.1. The delivered goods remain the property of Meka BV, specialized in automotive parts, until full payment has been made.
