Prices

All named prices on this website include 21% VAT and without shipping costs

Payment policy

Goods will be sent after prepayment by bank transfer. There is also an option to pick up the goods by yourself and pay cash. Shipping the goods 'cash on delivery' (pay to the postman) is not possible.

Payment via Paypal is also possible, but you have to take into account an additional cost of 5% of the total amount. Paypal payments can be made by using this mail address: info@tvd-parts.nl.

Parcel delivery

Shipments in the Netherlands have an average delivery time of 1-2 days. After receiving the payment, parcels will be dispatched as soon as possible. At the bottom of your order confirmation (e-mail), you will find all information needed for a bank transfer.

Envelopes post

When an order can be sent by letter post and you want it to be sent this way, you have to indicate yourself in the shopping cart. An order sent by letter post has no tracking number and lost or damaged items are not insured. All items sent by TVD-parts are carefully packed in a bubbled envelope. TVD-parts is not responsible for any damaged or lost shipment, when sent by letter post.

If you have chosen for sending a shipment by letter post, but the shipment does not go through the letterbox, we have to charge €3,25 extra shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs are €7,25 per order. For foreign counties (except Belgium and Germany) we will use the price of PostNL for the particular country. The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are €8,95.

Terms of delivery

All displayed items on this website are normally in stock. After receiving the payment to the bank account, your shipment will be sent within 24 hours. After sending your package it will take about 1 or 2 days before it will be delivered. When an item is unfortunately out of stock, TVD-parts will contact you to find a solution.

Returns

We ask that you contact TVD-parts (by mail), before returning any of our products and should always be sent postage paid. Goods must signed up for return by mail within 28 days. Returns which are not stamped sufficient enough, will be refused. The shipping costs for returning will not be reimbursed, unless TVD-parts sent you the wrong item (covered by warranty). Returns must be provided with a clear indicating of:

• Name + bank account number
• Order number
• Returned goods should always arrive undamaged and in the original packaging

Warranties

Warranties apply only to manufacturing defects, not on assembly errors.

Excluded from warranty:

• Cylinders with a content of more then 49.9CC
• Used parts

Responsibility

Tuning parts are only allowed to be used on a circuit and not on the public road

Damage to the package

Every single package is packed very carefully. When damage occurs during the shipment, TVD-parts is not responsible.
