Diversitybear respects the privacy of its customers and promises that all personal information shared by customers is confidential and will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. This information is strictly shared with parties involved with delivering the orders as soon as possible.

Diversitybear uses your information for the following:

  • To place an order, we require your full name, email address, payment details and delivery address. We use your email to keep you up to date with your order status.
  • We will send out newsletters to your email address. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.


Diversitybear will ship the monthly boxes in the last three days of the month prior. You will receive an email once the ordered box has been handed over to the postal service.

If Diversitybear isn’t able to ship the boxes in this time period, you will be notified as soon as possible through email.

Diversitybear is not responsible for any delays that occur after the box has been handed over to the postal service.


Returning a Diversitybear box is on your own risk and costs.

Diversitybear boxes can be returned without stating a reason why. This must be within 14 days of the arrival of the package and the box and its content must be in its original state.

Books that have been read and/or damaged will not be accepted and returned to you on your own costs.

If you wish to return a box to Diversitybear, you have to inform us by email before sending the box back. This must be within 14 days of receiving the box and the box and content must be in its original state. Returned boxes without notification will not be processed.

If returning a box to Diversitybear, we ask you to add your name and contact information when returning the box to ensure it’ll be processed as quickly as possible.

Returned boxes that have not been properly affixed will not be processed.

If Diversitybear delivers any other item other than the purchased box, they can be exchanged without costs. The item that wasn’t ordered needs to be returned to Diversitybear. You have to inform us by email before the exchange.

After we have received your returned item, you can choose to trade it for another or receive a refund. You can inform us of your choice by email. If choosing a refund, it will be processed within 30 days.
