A hardbacked book measuring at least 20cm (8") in height
At least 312 numbered pages in your chosen book (or more)
Microsoft Excel or Open Office Calc to open and use your chosen pattern

The manual was excellent. This is the first folded book I had ever done. The directions were very clear and the patterns are lovely and have nice detail. Am working on a second book now and hope to do a few others for family and friends. This is great fun to do and when finished have a lovely gift.
