At least 338 numbered pages in your chosen book (or more)
Microsoft Excel or Open Office Calc to open and use your chosen pattern

Really neat

This is a very detailed pattern and the stars are really tough. But ultimately it is a neat pattern. The last few pages are difficult to fold as the bottom fold is so high. I had to trim some paper to get them to fold on a 90. Overall this thing was a blast, but took me longer than expected. A lot of little 1mm cuts for areas.
