At least 198 numbered pages in your chosen book (or more)
Microsoft Excel or Open Office Calc to open and use your chosen pattern

I have used this for several 50th anniversary gifts with great success. One suggestion: I wish it could be scaled for different height books so the the 50 can be larger.
