Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
Nose intensity and quality, reminiscent of ripe white fruit (apple and pear) with fresh and light floral notes.
Attack Dry mouth and light, fresh and fruity with a development of great balance between alcohol and acidity, lively and tasty. With a touch of acidity which makes it extremely refreshing.
Clean aftertaste, with new fruit notes, with slight hints of mint.
