Catalan dolç but not very sweet. This sweet wine Binigrau particularly impressive, with its sweet fruity consciousness with pleasant acidity and well integrated tannins. Aromas of ripe red fruit, jam, compote cassis, dried plums, sweet spices like cinnamon and licorice cheat nose and palate. The spicy impression is supported by a slightly nutty flavor. A wonderful dessert wine makes a great figure both desserts, cheeses, and just as a meditation wine.

For this Dolç Manto Black and Merlot are left on the vine longer than usual and only squeezed when ripe and very sweet. The fermentation was stopped after about half the time. Therefore, they were not all fermented sugars and there is a wonderful dessert wine. The expansion takes place in oak barrels.

A wonderful dessert wine best served slightly chilled (12-13 °) should be enjoyed. Fits very well with chocolate desserts, blue cheese, cakes.
