TASTING NOTES

Visual analysis. Amber pale, straw yellow hues and golden.

Olfactory analysis. The nose is powerful and complex and pleasant aromas. Notable memories involved notes of white flowers and nuts that have conferred tostaciones diversity boot. Other fruits like peaches and apricots are also perceived, without leaving a citrus finish.

Analysis taste. The palate is manifested balanced, full-bodied, smooth and long.
The retronasal route is persistent, with a slightly bitter background that gives personality and complexity.

Pairing. Suitable to accompany fish, shellfish and crustaceans., Also allows accompany all kinds of fish stew and little spiced white meats.
