A wine made from a small production of grapes individually selected from each vine in order to use only the best of the best. This wine is only produced in years when each of the varieties that go into the blend, can give of their very best.

Fermentation: alcoholic in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Malolactic in barrel

Aging: 12 months in new oak barrels Caucasus. Subsequent aging in bottle

Tasting Notes: Covered wine, very intense color, clean and bright. Complex aromas reminiscent of the Mediterranean, eucalyptus and menthol. Memories of berries (cassis), pine, black olives, combined with a hint of toasted wood, very sweet, long finish and good value acidity and alcohol, with ripe tannins and nothing unpleasant, well balanced.

Recommendations: blends well with game, cheeses and cured meats in sauce.

Temperature: Serve between 20ºC 18º-.
