DEVELOPMENT

Made with varieties Prensal 80 % , Chardonnay 10% , other .

Maceration inside the pneumatic press for 5 hours. The wine is left to rest in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 2 ° C for a week.

The Prensal fermented in stainless steel at 12 ° C and subsequent decanting to remove sediment . Ageing on fine lees for 5 months. The Chardonnay is fermented and aged on lees in French oak barrels for 6 months fine grain .

Yellow with golden reflections , intense tear.
