Medium-deep intense cherry red with blackberry tinges. Clear and bright.

Intense bouquet with clean aromas of ripe black fruit (bilberry, blackcurrant), together with the smokiness of the oak. Animal and spicy hints of clove. Concentrated aromas which make a very expressive nose.

Powerful and firm but unaggressive attack on the palate, which develops into a refined meaty roundness. Good balance between body and acidity, harmonious and concentrated. Very long, lingering, fruity finish.
