Process: To elaborate this wine we have selected the best varieties of our vineyards
harvesting by hand. The maceration time varied between two and three weeks.
50% of the syrah grapes were made by carbonic fermentation, giving the wine a
more dainty final, with intense fruit flavours and warm spices. When fermentation
was finished, the wine was aged in the best French oak barrels during 15 months.
All the barrels were new only for this wine.
Characteristics: Its colour is dark and brilliant and its bouquet of intense aromas of
black berries and exotic spicy notes of cinnamon and cacao. In mouth intense,
round and at the same time fresh, with a dainty final resulting in a well –balanced
and modern wine.
Suggestions: Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC. It’s going well with any kind of
good meal, especially with red meat (beef, lamb) and cheese. This is a special wine
for every celebration.
