FEATURES
Product Type. Black breeding, Vi de la Terra. Serra de Tramuntana - Costa Nord
Variety. Malvasia
Harvest. Harvested in boxes, second week of September 2011
Elaboration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for 12 months (French, American and Romanian)
Location. On the terraces of the Serra de Tramuntana, west of the island at an altitude of 200m.
Grade 13.5% vol.
TASTING NOTES
Visual analysis. Wine with a strong color intensity and hue and bright scarlet
Olfactory analysis. The nose of candied notes emerge wood resting on a bed of Mediterranean herbs (thyme and rosemary) and spicy and balsámiques like pepper and eucalyptus. Notes Oak force take a second sniff.
Analysis taste. Freshwater input and good palate. Comprehensive and structured with a touch salty and slightly bitter finish that gives longevity and will mark the wild character of the Sierra de Tramuntana wine.
Pairing. Suitable with all kinds of red meat, roast and game
Temp. Service 17 to 19 º C.
