Varieties: Merlot 45.3%, 37.15% Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Black 15.9%, 1.65% Syrah Vineyards: Vineyards average 13 years old, planted on alluvial soil type chalky-clay.

Harvest: The harvest of these red varieties of the farm began on August 24 and ended on September 20, 2012. Production of the game:

First bottling: 0.75 l bottles 20489 (NCO VTM: AL 417480 AL 437479). Elaboration: Traditional fermentation at a controlled temperature, aged for 14 months in American oak barrels, French and Hungarian origin.

First bottling: 17 and December 24, 2018

Alcohol content: 15% vol. Total acidity: 5.7 g / l tartaric acid Volatile acidity: 0.53 g / l acetic acid Reducing sugars: 1.17 g / l (glucose + fructose)

Tasting notes: Wine from an original blend and with character. Balance between primary aromas of Merlot and Cabernet varieties with exotic tones Suvignon provided by the variety Manto Black. bright garnet color high intensity. The nose is complex, large contribution of red fruits, plum, raspberry. English presence bonbon flavor, menthol, fennel, chocolate. The palate is soft, medium and large volume but well structured. well integrated fine tannins, tones of burnt wood. long finish reminiscent of menthol.

Gastronomy: Serve at 17-19ºC. Serve with all meats and derivatives, such as pates, and cheeses such as cured Mahon cheese, and also with rice dishes like paella.
