"Monte Sion"

A robust cuvée of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon with an intense purple color. It boasts an expressive bouquet that combines the flavors of tobacco, cedar and finely tanned leather with the fruitiness of mulberry and elderberry. The palate is well structured with ripe tannins and a pleasant finish. It is also available in magnum and double magnum bottles.

The "Monte Sion" harmonizes very well with grilled meat dishes, and is also an excellent companion to Spanish hams and mild cheeses.
