Made from the indigenous variety Premsal Blanc , complemented with some chardonnay and muscat , known for its softness, its fruity aromas and freshness . The Premsal blanc is one of the oldest and most characteristic of Mallorca that brings that peculiar and distinctive character of wines from grapes island .

The tasting notes of this wine speaks of its yellow color, with green hues. Clean and bright . Intense primary character , with prominent notes of peach , pear , grapefruit , apple , exotic fruit and fennel. The palate is intense , smooth , fresh and balanced , with a smooth and refreshing entry , leaving the mouth with flavor infused . A wine that invites us to drink.
It is ideal to drink as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes based on fish , seafood, rice wine and white meat .
