Wine made from the youngest vines on the estate, which are organically grown.
Harvesting is by hand and we keep the grapes in a cold store for 24 hours, at a controlled temperature of 5ºC. Once the grapes come into the winery in a perfect state of health we carry out cold maceration at a very low temperature to get the most from the grapes. We transfer the must and settle it. Once the must is clean, we ferment it in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of not more than 16ºC. After 3 months in a vat, we carry out light clarification, filtering and, finally, bottling.
Light pink colour with violet highlights.
Good aromatic intensity with a predominance of ripe fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry, with notes of confectionery.
Fresh and pleasant in the mouth, passing through smoothly, with a fruity flavour and a medium intensity aftertaste.
Starters, salads, soft cheeses.
Two years after it comes on the market.
