Tasting note: Beautiful intense cherry color with red edges of upper middle layer. High intensity olfactory phase; Clean aromas of fruit, along with balsamic notes provided by its oak aging. Warm and enveloping attack on the palate, with good structure and fruity expression. Tannic, balanced and with good acidity. Retronasal pristine, with notes of jam and pleasant plant memories. Wide and tasty finish, with a noble and light tannicity. Long and persistent aftertaste that fills the palate.

Pairing: Wine very easy to pair with our island cuisine. Meats in general. Semi-cured cheeses. Ideal with “roasted porcella”.
