Production: The grapes are harvested by hand, and each variety separatelyMaceration phases vary between one and two weeks depending on variety. once completed the two fermentations, the wine continues its aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. Finally continues its aging in bottle for several months before being marketed.

Tasting: Intense garnet layer, this wine develops a nose intense aromas of jam black fruit (cherry, blackberry), pepper and leaves from snuff. The palate is broad, fleshy and round with a nice spicy finish.

Suggestion: Serve at a temperature of 16 -18 ° C. Accompanies any meal category, especially red meat (beef, lamb) and cheese.
