Vi de la Terra Mallorca
Vintage: 2018
Grape varieties: 100% Escursac
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Barrel aging: 9 months in new selected 500-liter French oak barrels
Nose: Very sensitive intensity, with notes of very ripe plums, typical of the Manto-Negro variety, with a spicy background.
Color: ruby red, with a medium color intensity.
Flavor: Silky with ripe tannins, elegant. Long and balanced flavor.
Production: 996 bottles of 0.75 liters, each of the bottles of "The Sommerlier Collection" is hand signed by the winery's winemaker Patrick Paulen. A very special concept, without filtration or acidification.
