Concept: Mallorca, the largest island in the Balearic Islands with a great heritage of forgotten wine culture, we find similar artisans in the main land. The island and the sea: given its nature as an island, each direction open to the sea,
the winds are the ones that most influence agriculture.
Every corner of the islands creates special microclimates and seasonal changes.
The process: We are facing a natural approach, we let the grapes express the Mediterranean climate. All the grapes are harvested in boxes and fermented in our winery. After malolactic fermentation in barrels, we select the blend for the final wine and age it in French oak.
Tasting note
A typical Majorcan year, with high humidity, has resulted in floral wines and they are very open.
Recognitions: 92 Peñin Points.
