According to the method of "tear bleeding" in red grapes. After maintaining a brief contact with the skins, the must is separated by gravity without using any mechanical draining system. After static settling at low temperature it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Pale rosé wine. Delicate medium intensity aromas with hints of citrus and aromatic herbs. The palate is frank, fresh on the palate with a broad and sweet finish.
