TIANNA TN5.2 Orange Wine
After de-stemming, the must with its skins is placed in new 500-liter French oak barrels. Open lid for alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature and several manual punching operations daily. After 15 days it is discovered and we begin its aging in barrels.
Orange in color with copper highlights. On the nose, the characteristic aromas of the new barrel such as vanilla with a background of dry tangerine skins predominate. The palate shows a certain tannic structure with a good intensity step. Long aftertaste.
