According to the method of "tear bleeding" in red grapes. After maintaining a brief contact with the skins, the must is separated by gravity without using any mechanical draining system. After static settling at low temperature it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Pale pink in color. Medium intensity aromas with hints of pink grapefruit and pomegranate. In the mouth the citric notes of fresh passage stand out with good amplitude, a long and pleasant finish.
