ELABORATION
Controlled fermentation, maceration for 38 days, with pumping over, punching down and délestages that give the wine structure and complexity. A part of the Black Mantle and Syrah ferments in 5000-liter French oak vats to give the coupage more fruitiness and freshness. It came unfiltered.
 
TASTING NOTES
Dark garnet red wine with an upper middle layer. Good intensity aromas, with a clear predominance of black fruits (blackberries and cherry cherries). They are complemented by a spicy background with notes of medium toast and toffee. The palate is frank with a good volume glyceric passage. Ripe and broad tannins that enhance the presence of black fruits. Long aftertaste with hints of liquor fruit.
