Vintage
Totally manual, selected in boxes of 12 kilos, from the first week of September 2016, looking for the optimum point of maturation.

Elaboration
After destemming, the must is fermented with its skins in new French oak barrels of 500 liters, open lid. Pre-fermentative maceration for 5 days. Bazuqueos manuals daily during the fermentation period of 20 days. Maceration post fermentation of 5 days before the descube.

Breeding
7 months in the same barrel in which ferment the wine. This wine has not been filtered.

Tasting note
Medium ruby ​​red wine. Aroma of medium intensity, very delicate with notes of ripe plum very typical of the variety with a spicy bottom. In the mouth it shows silky with ripe tannins, of elegant step. Post long and balanced taste.
