7103 Negre Bóta 2013

This wine is made mostly with grapes from vineyards
Mantonegro old planted 50 years ago by the grandfather of the house.
It is an elegant, fruity and deep wine with mineral funds
provided by our vineyard located on land predominance
calcareous.

Grape varieties: 60% Mantonegro and 40% Merlot.

Aging: 10 months in new French oak barrels.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Life in years: 6-8

Production: 2000 bottles 0.75 L

DEVELOPMENT
Handpicked in boxes of 15 kg. Carefully selected grapes
bunch by bunch of the oldest vines of the indigenous variety
Mantonegro, a variety with great aromatic potential, which gives wines
warm and fruity. The wine is conjutado a part of Merlot
from younger vines that give more structure.

Tasting notes

View: Bright red cherry intense garnet edge

Nose: Powerful and complex nose. Aromas of ripe black fruit (blackberries,
plum), with mineral notes, spicy and balsamic.

Taste: Entry into quite fresh and elegant mouth. Step by balanced mouth,
friendly and soft tannins. Long and pleasant finish in mouth. Very
Mantonegro representative of the variety. Invites food.

Pairing: Grilled meats, game meats, stews, cheeses, ham
Iberian.
