Appellation: Binissalem (Mallorca)
Type of Wine: White Young
variety: Grape 70% Moll or Premsal Blanc- 30% chardonnay
Alcohol: 13.5%
Preparation: Due to the lack of rain and hot
summer, it was harvested in early September. collected
hand, early in the morning taking advantage of the
drop in temperature, with a gentle crushing,
performing the unique low temperature steeping
to extract maximum aromas.
Subsequently fermentation ends at 16th.
Tasting notes: straw color, clean and bright yellow nose aromas highlighting citrus, pineapple, with strawberry tones. The palate is presented with its high volume alcohol content, balanced in acidity, leaving a pleasant freshness and a sweet end.
