TASTING NOTES

Visual analysis. Light amber color with slight golden hues
Olfactory analysis. The nose is powerful and complex with pleasant aromas. Notable memories of ripe fruit, compote, especially raisins and a background of white flowers with notes of well-coordinated integrated with tostaciones nuts that have given the diversity of boots predominate.
Analysis taste. The palate is sweet and with a good sweet-acid balance. This wine is full bodied, smooth and long. The retronasal is persistent and complex

Pairing. Suitable for taking all the time. Recommended to accompany starters of foie fat cheese and high fat content. Well suited to accompany desserts such as cakes and nuts.
