Product Type: Wine Aging.
Appellation: Binissalem Mallorca
Variety: Mantonegro, Cabernet Sauvignon; Merlot and Syrah.
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Geographical location: Pla de Buc and Son Llaüt, Santa Maria del Cami.
Harvest: Manual, late September and early October.
Production: Fermentation with the skins for 3 weeks, aging in Allier oak barrels for a year and later refined in bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Visual analysis: Good color intensity, predominantly scarlet color and purple hues are also appreciated.
Olfactory analysis: The nose is intense and complex. Candied red fruit notes are appreciated, and will appear is spicy cocoa notes.
Gustatory analysis: The palate is broad and unctuous with good acidity and soft tannins. The aftertaste is long and pleasant, which together with the good retronasal sensations gives personality to this wine.
Pairing: Goes well with all types of meat, especially red meat. Combines well with well-seasoned dishes. It is ideal for pairing with own dishes of traditional Mallorcan cuisine.
