Harvest: Manual harvest during the first half of September.
Prepared Criomaceration and fermentation at low temperature.
TASTING NOTES
Visual analysis: Good color intensity with lemon yellow hues.
Odour Analysis: poténcia good aromatic nose above shows where the floral and white fruit memories with a background of tropical fruit.
Gustatory analysis: In the mouth it shows balanced, full-bodied, satiny, smooth and long. The retronasal is persistent.
Pairing: Suitable to accompany fish, seafood and shellfish, soft pasta and all kinds of salads.
Serving temperature: 6-10 º C
