This wine is made with grapes from the vineyards of Son Roig, of Moll and Macabeo fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and after three months of aging in new French oak barrels has been bottled at our winery . 75 cl - 12% vol.
SENSORY ANALYSIS :
- In this phase visual wine is clean, bright pale yellow with greenish reflections appearing a little gold.
- The nose is clean and flawless wine. It has a medium to high intensity collated where fruit aromas appear with toasted oak ; bread and pastry notes .
- The palate is a dry wine , with a medium to high acidity but balanced with its alcohol content. Keep popping fruit flavors and tertiary aromas of the barrel. Persists in the mouth.
