Selecting grapes from vineyards of Joseph L. Ferrer in bomerca Binissalem . After stemming and crushing , the grapes are intriduce in stainless steel tanks to start the fermentation and maceration for 21 days in stainless steel tanks at 28 ° C.

Aging Time : 24 months in French and American oak , followed by aging in bottle a minimum of 12 months before being marketed.

Purple, bright red and glucose.

Aromas of berries along with smoky, spicy and balsamic fruit of its long aging in barrel and bottle.

Balanced, sweet, velvety, long and persistent tannins. Aroma of intense mouth roast . Gustatory long persistence .


Ideal with red meat dishes . Consumption is recommended over the next five years. Serving Temperature: 18 º C
