The tradition in our cellar

Selecting grapes from the best vineyards in our farms in the DO Binissalem. Cooling of the grapes in cold storage at 2 ° C in order to make a maceration . Fermentation at 26oC for 15 days. Once fermentation is left in contact with the skins to increase the extraction of tannins, a total of 21 days.

After completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into barrels of American and French oak where it will remain for 12 months until the completion of the assembly for final bottling.

Grape Varieties : 60 % Black Manto , the remainder being Cabernet Sauvignon , Tempranillo, and Syrah Callet .

Tasting Notes
view - smell - taste

Intense red with violet reflections . Persistent tear.

Scents of wild red fruits, balsamic and roasted . Memories notes of cocoa , nuts .

Balanced and fresh . Evolution in the mouth where the fruity and balsamic notes are appreciated. Well structured , with meaty aftertaste where noted for its spicy sensations , toast and hints of licorice.

Ideal age for consumption : During the next three years , provided you have a suitable environment temperature and humidity, light and vibration .

Temperature: 18 º C.
