Built at the end of September from a selection of vineyards 25 years of DO Binissalem - Mallorca. The grape harvest is done manually, selecting the clusters with smaller grains.
 

tasting notes

Visually, intense cherry red color with reflections tile. Shiny and very strong tear. Aroma of ripe red fruits, spices like clove and pepper. Balsamic aromas, vanilla. A light oxygenation in the cup increases the complexity of aroma, highlighting pleasant roasted notes. The palate is powerful, rich, intensely flavored mouth. Well integrated wood with soft tannins, but will improve the smoothness on the palate with a few more months in the bottle.
