Made from the youngest vines on the estate, which are organically grown.

50% Syrah
50% Cabernet Sauvignon

We pick the grapes by hand, placing them in 10 kg boxes and allow them to rest for 24 hours in a cold store, where we reduce the temperature to 5ºC.  The grapes come into the winery and we make a selection to ensure they are as healthy as possible. We carry out prefermentation maceration in a vat for 48 hours in order to bring out the varietal aromas. Fermentation takes 15 days and is carried out at low temperatures. Once fermentation is over, the grapes are pressed very lightly. We allow the wine to rest and bottle it after gentle clarification and filtering.

Medium intensity red colour.

Fruity aromas, such as strawberry, blueberry and raspberry, predominate. Pleasant and evocative.
In the mouth it is a fresh, fruity, light, honest wine, beginning delicately and continuing in a balanced, fruity way. This is followed by a medium aftertaste, very pleasant on the palate.

Serving temperature:
Around 17ºC

Aperitifs, white meat, cured meats and sausages.

As soon as it comes on the market for the first two years.
