Prensal is a white grape variety native island considered
Mallorca, where it was already cultivated in the nineteenth century with the names of
Prensal , Moll and Pansal Blanc.

The vineyards of Prensal Son Bordils were 16 and 8 years old at the
harvest time , being production this year of 27900 kg . ( 2.6
kg / vine ) .. Located on the end of Inca 60 meters above the level of

harvest:
Vintage Prensal was performed on 14, 18 and 20 September
Viognier 2016 and variety was harvested on 14 September 2016.

Preparation:
Controlled fermentation at 16 º C in stainless steel tanks .
The wine was cold stabilized and filtered .

6 g / l tartaric acid
Volatile acidity :
0.47 g / l acetic acid
Reducing sugars:
3.2 g / l (glucose + fructose)
Tasting notes:
Pale yellow with green hues. On the nose, floral aromas
(jasmine , geranium ) and ripe fruit : pear, peach, apricot. notes
almond and anise. The palate is fresh and clean, with a good balance
sweet / sour . Good structure and long finish.
Drink :
Serving at 6-8 º C. Serve with fish, seafood, pasta and rice.
