L`U BLANC 2017 MORTITX

Process: Select two types of Malvasia: Istrian and di Candia. After gentle
pressing, the must is settling at low temperature. Once clean, the fermentation
began in stainless steel tanks. Then racked into French oak barrels of 225 liters,
which slowly finished fermenting. With a "batonnage" regular remained for five
months in the barrels. Before being in the market, it takes a few months for the
full expression bottle of wine.
Taste: Very complex nose with notes of citrus, ginger, white flowers with light
touches of spices and smoked. The mouth is wide and powerful but also fresh
too, great balance between fruit, acidity and oak.
Suggestions: Serve cool, but not excessively. It is recommended for about 12-14
º C. Serve with white meat, fish, rice and cheese not quite healed. Be guided by
