This wine is made with grapes from the vineyards of Son Roig, of Manto Black and Macabeo fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and bottled at our winery. 75 cl - 14% vol.
SENSORY ANALYSIS:
- The visual phase of this wine is characterized by a clean, loose, flowing wine.
With rosy pink edges.
- The nose is a French wine of medium to high intensity. Aromas of red and black fruits such as gooseberry and raspberry appear.
- The palate has good acidity consistent with alcohol. Fruit aromas appear. Franco. Good persistence. Balanced.
