TASTING.

The nose has a fruity green olive complex, with notes of freshly cut grass, fresh grass, tomato, alloza almond and green banana peel, medium-high intensity.

On the palate, it presents a fresh herb flavor, sour and spicy medium intensity input, reminding properties picual variety of olive. It is a complex and fluid oil in the mouth.

Bitter and Pica is the juice of olives ripen more than 1,500 meters high, in extreme temperature conditions. This, together with their selection process makes this oil is one of the best in the world.
